Terms of Service

The service. PDF FixKit provides online PDF tools free of charge, with daily usage limits. We aim for the service to be fast and reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties; always keep your original files.

Acceptable use. Don't upload content that is illegal or that you have no right to process, and don't attempt to disrupt or overload the service. We may block usage that harms the service or other users.

Your content. You keep all rights to your files. We only process them to deliver the result you asked for, then delete them within 2 hours.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF FixKit is not liable for indirect damages or data loss; our total liability is limited to what you paid us (for free tools: nothing).

Changes. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page.
